**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Work with project managers, designers, and developers to understand requirements and functional specifications, ensure appropriate test coverage, and provide timely feedback
- Write and execute test plans, cases, and scripts
- Document test execution results and log defects within issue tracking software (JIRA)
- Provide support for other testing activities as needed
- Participate in continuous process improvement efforts in test coverage and test effectiveness
- Contribute, as part of a QA team, towards an organizational goal of providing extremely high quality, robust software products
- Work with software engineers to analyze test results and debug problems
- Interact with QA test team and other groups to identify, create, and maintain test data needed to execute test cases
- Report progress and issues to management and participate in test team status meetings as required

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related discipline
- 7+ years of experience as web/software QA Analyst
- Knowledge of manual QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience writing test strategies, plans, cases, and tests
- Experience in Functional/Non
- functional testing techniques
- Knowledge in Agile/Waterfall methodologies, test principles, test techniques, test types, test levels
- English Proficiency (written and spoken) is a must

**Nice to have**:

- At least one ISTQB certification or any other relevant related certification
- Experience with testing traditional CMS (WordPress /Drupal) and headless oriented CMS (Contenful/Storyblok)
- Familiarity with JavaScript, Java, or Python
- Experience and familiarity with using Postman, Cypress, Selenium
