We are searching the best talent for Requisition-to-Pay Specialist (Fix Term)
to be in Bogota.

Purpose:

As a Requisition-to-pay specialist you will be accountable for creating a seamless experience for the requestor/business partner when using the P2P process by coordinating the processes/interactions with the different stakeholders and support areas.

As well as receive, analyze, and resolve procurement process inquiries and disputes.

You will be responsible for:

  • Be accountable for creating a seamless experience for the requestor/business partner when using the P2P process by coordinating the processes/interactions with the different stakeholders and support areas.
  • To receive, analyze, and resolve procurement process inquiries and disputes.
  • To monitor compliance, conduct business review meetings, and perform data analysis to be able to provide insights and create action plan to contribute to main KPIs and improve service.
  • Continue improvement by mapping and leading initiatives and projects, locally, regionally, or globally to ensure customer experience is the central reason of this.
  • To support initiative related to automations, data analysis, reporting, efficiencies. Etc.

Qualifications:

Qualifications and requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree is required, with a preferred concentration in Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineer, Accounting or Business Administration.
  • A minimum of 3 years of related experience in payable accounts/Payments/Accounting/Taxes/Finance/Administrative processes is required.
  • Experience interacting with customer (customer service experience) is desirable.
  • Knowledge and experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills is required.
  • Is required to speak English at an intermediate advanced level.
  • Experience in shared Services is a desirable.
