Job Description:
Role Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and implement custom components, templates, workflows, multisite management including translation framework and integrations using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to support various digital initiatives and projects.
- Work with UX/UI designers to translate design mockups into responsive web pages, ensuring a seamless user experience across different devices and browsers.
- Customize and extend AEM functionalities using Adobe's framework, HTL/Sightly, and clientside scripting languages (JavaScript, jQuery).
- Collaborate with content authors and editors to define content structures, templates, and workflows that optimize content creation and publishing processes.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation related to AEM projects, codebases, and configurations.
- Work closely with multiple crossfunctional teams, including UX/UI designers, frontend developers, backend developers, product owners and project managers to deliver successful projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in AEM development, with at least 4+ years of handson experience in AEM 6.
- Proven experience and solid knowledge of DevOps (Jenkins, JFrog Artifactory, Git, Adobe Cloud Manager)
- Proven experience in Search technologies (Lucidworks, Apache Solr).
- Experience in integrating data and systems using MuleSoft and Salesforce is a plus.
- Proficiency in both frontend and backend development technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React js, Java, Apache Sling, OSGi, Maven, CRX, JCR etc.
- Strong understanding of AEM architecture, components, templates, and workflows. Experience with AEM Sites, Assets, Dynamic Media and AEM guides, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Launch, Adobe Forms is a plus.
- Familiarity with integrating AEM with thirdparty systems and APIs.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing technologies and project requirements.
- AEM Developer Certification is a plus, but not mandatory.
