El Rol
- Atender y asesorar a los equipos internos para la ejecución de campañas de comunicación con clientes.
- Coordinar junto con los equipos de las diferentes líneas y los clientes la ejecución de campañas de comunicación.
- Implementar las actividades y cronogramas de ejecución de campañas.
- Analizar y medir el rendimiento de las actividades con el fin de identificar oportunidades de mejora.
- Diseñar y ayudar a construir los materiales de comunicación siguiendo los lineamientos de marca corporativos.
- Transmitir la identidad corporativa a través de las campañas de comunicación con clientes.
- Atender y resolver las solicitudes recibidas para el diseño y creación de material de comunicación para clientes.
Los Requerimientos
- Profesional en comunicación Audiovisual, Diseño gráfico y/o marketing o equivalente en el campo relacionado, con conocimiento en el manejo de campañas de marketing digital y comunicación con clientes.
- Capacidades de diseño gráfico/audiovisual, y conocimientos en el manejo de la suite Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Indesign, Premiere, Photoshop).
- Buen relacionamiento con clientes internos y excelente comunicación verbal.
- Mínimo 2 años de experiência en el ciclo completo de campañas de marketing digital.
- Expertise en el desarrollo, manejo de relaciones interpersonales con el cliente interno.
- Capacidad para trabajar en forma ordenada y flexible, en un ambiente exigente y de alto nível de demanda.
- Habilidades analíticas y capacidad para entender y emitir informes breves acerca de los resultados de las campañas.
- Manejo intermedio de MS Office.
