¿Cómo nos ayudarás a cumplir nuestra misión?

  • Detectar oportunidades de mejora en las distintas etapas del customer journey de nuestros pasajeros y/o conductores a través del análisis en profundidad.
  • Diseñar y evaluar constantemente el performance de los principales procesos críticos de nuestros clientes, pasajeros y conductores.
  • Liderar proyectos de mejora para el área y en la búsqueda continua de soluciones efectivas y escalables con foco en la mejora de la experiência de nuestros pasajeros o conductores en el uso del servicoi.
  • Trabajar con equipos de soporte con el objetivo de comprender mejor la voz del cliente y asegurar la mejor calidad de servicio.
  • Generar sistemas de control que nos den trazabilidad de cómo se materializa nuestra propuesta de valor a lo largo del ciclo de vida de nuestros usuarios.
  • Alinear definiciones y propuestas de equipos globales de España, para implementar estas propuestas de la forma más eficiente posible según la realidad local.
  • Generar análisis en profundidad y reportes de gestión de alto impacto para la toma de decisión.



¿Qué buscamos?

  • Profesional de las carreras de Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de empresas, Economía,
  • 2/3 años de experiência en áreas de operaciones, logística o servicios.
  • Manejo avanzado de Excel y Tableau.
