What You Will Do
The KM Governance Analyst plays a critical role in delivering a great user experience in our Employee Experience portal.

The analyst works closely with the the Operations and Conversation Design teams to ensure alignment and adherence to the established Chatbot strategy and Content Goverannce Framework.

Key Responsibilities
***- Validates and cross checks content on the Experience Center portal and other repositories, using documentation content authoring techniques and our governance framework

  • Support the KM Governance Lead and KM Senior Manager in the creation and maintenance of the KM Governance Framework and standards
  • Support the KM team in building its calendar of KM activities
  • Partner with KM analysts in providing insights to the broader team from the KM reports and analytics gathered regularly or adhoc
  • Coordinate with KM analysts the implementation of proactive reviews and audit activities to identify trends and error corrections
  • Recommend improvements to the KM processes and communication strategy
  • Participate in platform or system testing as enhancements to the KM capabilities are introduced
  • Participate in trainings, peer reviews and team meetings.

What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or Information Management.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • 23 years progressive knowledge management and document management, especially in the areas of knowledge workflows and lifecycle, reporting and analytics and other capabilities
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
  • Must have strong communication, customer service,and the ability to complete assigned work with mínimal instruction and supervision
  • Ability to work effectively and problem solve in a fastpaced environment, handle multiple projects, and daily planned and unplanned operational activities.
  • Ability to maintain and improve consistent and sound business processes in a dynamic, crosscultural environment
Desired Qualifications

  • Working knowledge on ServiceNow platform Knowledgebase and chatbot
  • Understanding of shared service and contact center operations
  • Experience with service center technologies and processes
