Join a leading global financial services firm and drive operations excellence for COP Payments.
As a COP Payments Operations Manager at J.P. Morgan, you will play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations for the COP Payments team.
You will work closely with other client operations sites to ensure business goals and objectives are met, and will be responsible for end-to-end process control, team management, and project execution.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure bestinclass BAU execution
- Endtoend process responsibility
- Respond to routine queries/complaints
- Identify process efficiencies and implement solutions
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders
- Exercise good judgment and confidentiality
- Manage and motivate the team
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Sound understanding of risk management and audit methodologies
- Proven ability to build strong business relationships
- Proactive approach to problem solving
- Strong project management skills
- Knowledge of MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Graduate in finance or accounting
- Experience in financial services industry
- Expertise in international payment processing operations
- Outstanding client management and leadership skills
