  • Quality Assurance Analysis (Pre & Post Placement) analizar los datos y las tendencias de una muestra para identificar las interacciones que requieren atención inmediata mitigando el riesgo operativo, así como minimizar la frecuencia y gravedad de E&Os.
  • Proporcionar un informe trimestral de todos los hallazgos, correcciones y áreas que necesitan mejoras al director del departamento responsable. Así mismo Ofrecer ideas y recomendaciones útiles a través del análisis de datos, proporcionando formaciones, reuniones y crear materiales informativos para mantener un procedimiento educativo que ayude en el proceso preventivo de Quality Assurance.
  • Asegurarse de que todos los equipos de los países asignados siguen los procedimientos internos implantados, así como los requisitos normativos locales.
  • Estandarización de la carga de datos en sistema a nível regional para obtener datos consistentes. Al igual que la reducción de errores que afectan a la calidad de los datos.
  • Apoyo previo a la colocación aprovechar el espacio en reuniones locales con el equipo de negocios y operaciones, para anticipar temas que puedan impactar nuestra operación.
  • Actualización de los manuales de formación y de los procesos de control de calidad es responsabilidad el equipo mantener nuestro material siempre actualizado con los posibles ajustes que se realicen durante el año



¿Qué necesitas tener?
:

Profesionales de ingeniería, administración o a fines

2 años de experiência en áreas de calidad o afines en seguros o reaseguros. Preferiblemente del sector

Experiência en atención a clientes y normas de calidad

Conocimiento previo en métricas y requisitos normativos del sector

Excel intermedio

Inglés básico - intermedio
