Responsabilidades

What you'll do as Client Loyalty Associate?

  • Support our telecommunications commercial account.
  • Provide excellent service using your empathy and persuasive commercial skills.
  • Handle confidential customer information with care and respect.
  • Resolve interactions promptly with a proactive and understanding approach.

Requisitos

Who are you?

  • An intermediate-advanced English speaker who demonstrates empathy, responsibility, and proactivity.
  • An expert in customer interactions with a commercial mindset.
  • A attentive listener who enjoys assisting customers and understanding their needs.
