We're looking for an Associate Creative Director - Art/Visual to join our award-winning in-house agency, where we're responsible for getting the Publicis Sapient brand message out to the world—especially to potential clients.


As an Associate Creative Director you'll create visual solutions that convince clients, prospects, talent and the marketplace to engage with our brand.

You'll use curiosity, collaboration and both conceptual and hands-on skills to deliver creative work across a combination of digital comms, website, social, live events, infographics and even film/video.


As part of our integrated, interdisciplinary "pod" team model, you'll collaborate closely with a copywriter partner, project manager, marketing directors, technologists and content specialists to bring these ideas to life for your audience and help us grow our brand and business.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for leading Creative teams in the successful creation and production of design solutions for one to two assigned accounts
  • Follows creative direction of senior Creative staff and Account staff
  • Plans and directs many aspects of assigned projects, and serves as an integral member of the Creative team
  • Accountable for managing a team of Creative talent, and leading them in the development of creative work that is consistently sound, of excellent caliber, and acceptable to the client
  • Mentors and leads assigned Creative staff, and is available to critique their work
  • Manages many internal details of assigned projects, including finding and/or choosing photographers, working and coordinating with Production and Account staff
  • Leads the effort to translate established creative direction into conceptual ideas
  • Participates as a Creative team member in newbusiness development efforts
  • Works with appropriate account representative on all projects
