Your Mission:

Provide support in the management of training for the technical area.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the training and education program for Epiroc CVCA technical staff.
  • Development and control of new course campaigns according to market changes.
  • Responsible for the technical development of our business partners.
  • Responsible for the development of Epiroc's facetoface and virtual training tools.
  • Responsible for the development of the simulator business in the region.
  • Standardization of technical support and operations processes and formats.
  • Develop training and coaching programs according to the guidelines established by the Division.
  • All other functions inherent to the position.

Your profile:

  • Industrial Engineering or related careers.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in engineering positions or experience in a heavy machinery company.
  • Experience in technical training management.


 English level
  • Advanced


 Microsoft Office level
  • Intermediate.
