Purpose of the position:
Supporting activities related to the payroll process; schedules, handling novelty reports with departments, addressing internal, external, and governmental audits, calculation of tax withholding, and providing support to our client areas in required reports. Coordination and monitoring of vendors, among other inherent duties.
Key responsibilities:
- Calculation of labor cost budget
- Handling UGPP requisitions and audit management
- Management of payroll for Colombia and Ecuador, with backup for other Latin American countries during vacation periods
- Accounting reconciliations of payroll accounts
Requirements:
- Graduate in administrative careers
- Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll processes for more than 500 employees
- Knowledge of Colombian labor regulations (mandatory) and Ecuadorian (desirable)
- Advanced level of Excel
- Ideal to have knowledge of APDATA, SAP, WORKDAY platforms
This position may be based in any of our plants (Barbosa, Tocancipá, or Puerto Tejada) or at headquarters in Bogotá.
