Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Payroll Analyst to join our team at Onesubsea. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of employee payments, as well as performing various payroll-related activities in compliance with Schlumberger procedures and country legislation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Processing: Responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, including capturing and maintaining employee data, ensuring payroll-related data interfaces into the payroll system, and performing checks, controls, and reconciliations.
  • Payroll Compliance: Ensure correct coding of all pay elements, including taxability and admissible compensation, and comply with data privacy and protection guidelines and relevant legislation.
  • Payroll Reporting: Generate reports for internal use, external service providers, and tax authorities, and maintain proper payroll records for audit purposes.
  • Payroll System Administration: Coordinate with Finance, Tax, and Legal departments to ensure payroll deductions for tax and social contributions are compliant with local legislation, and raise tickets for payroll system enhancements and change requests.
  • Training and Development: Prepare and maintain Geo Market- and country-specific training plans and checklists, and deliver ad-hoc knowledge sharing sessions to HR Hub employees and location HR.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Professional or ex-SLB intern with at least two or three years of experience in payroll.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Economy, or similar.
