Frontend Developer Senior

Sobre el Role:

Buscamos un desarrollador Web senior altamente motivado por estar en un equipo de alto rendimiento.

Para el cargo tendrá relevancia alta las habilidades técnicas avanzadas y una sólida comprensión de los principios de programación Web, así como experiência en liderazgo y gestión de proyectos.

El desarrollador Web senior será
responsable de liderar y trabajar en proyectos Web de gran escala, desde el diseño hasta la implementación.

Responsabilidades:

  • Liderar y supervisar técnicamente proyectos de alta complejidad, asegurándose de una ejecución limpia, eficiente y escalable.
  • Ser el referente técnico del equipo, generando espacios de sanos de discusión que permitan mejorar la calidad de código y velocidad de desarrollo de todo el equipo.
  • Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener aplicaciones Web de alta calidad y escalabilidad para los diferentes navegadores y dispositivos.
  • Velar por el cumplimiento de los tiempos de entrega negociados con el cliente.
  • Velar por el cumplimiento objetivo de pruebas unitarias y de integración para garantizar la calidad del código.
  • Colaborar activamente y comunicarse efectivamente con otros miembros del equipo, así como con stakeholders y clientes.
  • Identificar y resolver problemas de rendimiento y escalabilidad.
  • Participar en las reuniones del equipo de desarrollo, con opiniones que ayuden a mejorar al equipo.
  • Participar en los demo days, exponiendo a nível negocio el impacto que ha tenido su esfuerzo en las metas de la empresa.
  • Hacer un seguimiento del impacto que han tenido los desarrollos en los que ha participado.
  • Velar por el uso de buenas prácticas en procesos de release e integración
continua.

Habilidades Requeridas

  • Al menos 4 años de experiência comprobada en el desarrollo de aplicaciones Web con frameworks como , , AngularJS, , etc.
  • Experiência demostrada en liderar técnicamente proyectos de desarrollo Web.
  • Experiência liderando y capacitando técnicamente un equipo de desarrollo.
  • Experiência en la construcción de aplicaciones Web con el uso de arquitecturas altamente escalables como micro frontends, serverless, eventos y contenedores.
  • Experiência trabajando en aplicaciones de alto tráfico de usuarios.
  • Experiência optimizando aplicaciones Web de alta complejidad de renderizado y consumo de múltiples API 's.
  • Experiência en el deploy de aplicaciones Web de alta recurrencia.
  • Gran habilidad en la customización y centralización de componentes de Material UI (Design System).
  • Habilidad para solucionar problemas y depurar errores en la aplicación.
  • Habilidad para comunicar de manera efectiva ideas técnicas a no técnicos.
  • Conocimiento de sistemas de control de versiones como Git.
  • Familiaridad con metodologías ágiles y prácticas de desarrollo de software.
  • Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y en colaboración con otros desarrolladores y departamentos.
  • Habilidad para trabajar en un ambiente dinámico y en constante cambio.
  • Compromiso orientado a objetivos.
  • Capacidad para aprender rápidamente y mantenerse actualizado con las últimas tecnologías y tendencias en el desarrollo de software.
