Descripción del Cargo

Funciones

  • Rediseñar el flujo de Onboarding entendiendo las necesidades locales, para mejorar la efectividad de la adopción de la plataforma.
  • Supervisar y coordinar la implementación de proyectos de Onboarding, garantizando la entrega oportuna y eficiente.
  • Comunicarse proactivamente con los clientes para proporcionar actualizaciones, recopilar retroalimentación y abordar cualquier inquietud.
  • Tener presente y hacer los esfuerzos necesarios para cumplir con la estrategia global de Customer Success.
  • Mantener un contacto constante con otros líderes de Customer Success, para asegurar la mejora continua de los procesos de Onboarding.
  • Analizar métricas clave de rendimiento para evaluar la eficacia de los programas de onboarding.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora continua y proponer soluciones.

Requisitos

  • Profesional con experiência trabajando en área de clientes, como postventa, Customer Success u Onboarding.
  • Más de 3 años de experiência en el área de clientes.
  • Manejo de CRM de clientes.
  • Experiência en gestión y seguimiento de clientes.
  • Más de 2 años de experiência en liderazgo de equipos.
  • Experiência trabajando en empresa SaaS.

Requisitos Deseables:

  • Experiência trabajando en empresas relacionadas a la industria de la salud.
