About the Role:

Join our team as a Customer Success Manager (CSM) where you will play a vital role in guiding our strategic customers through their journey with the Netskope Security Cloud platform. You will work closely with customers to understand their goals, cybersecurity strategies, and cloud adoption maturity to create a tailored plan for them to realize maximum value from our platform.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will collaborate with various teams within Netskope to ensure a seamless and unified customer experience. Your expertise in cybersecurity will be crucial in providing insights and best practices to senior customer stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop personalized value realization plans for customers
  • Drive adoption by aligning product capabilities with customer outcomes
  • Articulate Netskope's value proposition to customers
  • Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders
  • Conduct regular business reviews and provide recommendations
  • Implement and operationalize Cloud Security programs
  • Maintain communication with customers at all levels
  • Monitor key performance metrics and address any issues
  • Advocate for customers within Netskope

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English
  • 5+ years of customer success management experience
  • Customer-centric with a proactive mindset
  • Track record of driving product adoption and expansion
  • Experience in building cybersecurity programs
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong follow-through and multitasking abilities

Desirable Skills:

  • Domain knowledge in data protection and security operations
  • Understanding of cloud and cybersecurity technologies
  • Willingness to travel occasionally

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree
