Technical Offer Engineer Home and Personal Care
Your responsibilities and tasks:
What are your responsibilities?
- To lead and manage the local office Technical Offer Management department
- To support the local office strategy on the kind of proposals to be managed locally
- Cooperation with Project Engineering Management to ensure that projects are implemented on budget and time
- To create a team of technical experts in the main fields required by the local office strategy
- To coordinate resources to increase maximum offer output and efficiency
- To support, track and empower each individual member of the team
- To support the sales process to stablish markets and clients
- To ensure the processes between Technical Offer engineers, Sales engineers and Project Engineers
- Availability to travel abroad at least 30% of the time within the area of responsibility
Your profile and qualifications:
What education, knowledge and experience do you need?
- Degree in engineering career (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Food, Electrical, Automation)
- 4+ Years of experience in engineering for the Home and Personal Care industry
- 3+ Years of experience in technical costing of projects and / or 3 real cases of experience in managing project budgets > 1 MEUR
- Knowledge of at least 2 of the main industries managed by GEA LPT Division
