Descripción del empleo

At Publicis Groupe - Bogotá we're seeking for a Submission Project Manager responsible for managing project submission platforms and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of advertising production projects. The ideal candidate should have high detail attention, and strong organizational skills, besides advanced proficiency in both English and Portuguese .

Key responsibilities include:

Overseeing and managing project submission platforms: Veeva GCMA, Roarx, and Adobe Workfront. Coordinating with internal teams and acting as the point of contact. Troubleshooting project issues and escalating any major issues to the appropriate management team. Delivering project reports and efficiency reports to the Operation Lead. Proactively documenting and tracking the project. Facilitating effective communication within the required teams. Identifying areas for process improvement in the project management process. Leading team status meetings and following up with action items. Adjusting project plans as needed to ensure projects stay on track. Ensuring early detection of any issues that may hinder the smooth running of deliverables. Leading internally and providing solutions, acting as the internal motivator of enthusiasm to meet the client's goals.
