Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Latam
Location: Remote (MST Timezone)

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM (MST)

Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be in charge of overseeing projects from beginning to end, focusing on communication, scheduling, budget control, and creative problem-solving. While prior management experience is not mandatory, exceptional communication and scheduling abilities are vital. Your main task will be to guarantee successful project completion, resolve disputes, and maintain efficient coordination and communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise project execution within specified timelines and budgets.
  • Manage project resources, such as personnel, budget, and materials.
  • Regularly update stakeholders on project status, progress, and challenges.
  • Address and resolve project-related issues, conflicts, and hurdles.
  • Ensure project goals and targets are achieved within set scope and budget.
  • Work with diverse teams to ensure alignment and favorable project results.
  • Hold routine project meetings and offer clear guidance to team members.
  • Track project advancement and performance indicators, making necessary modifications for success.
  • Keep precise project records, including schedules, budgets, and reports.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Senior Project Manager or in a similar capacity, with a strong focus on communication and scheduling.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills, with acute attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Nice-to-have:

  • Background in project management involving a wide array of projects, concentrating on overseeing multiple smaller projects with lower budgets.
