Responsibilities:

  • Content Management: Utilize enterprise CMS platforms (e.g., Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager, Liferay) to manage and publish digital content across multiple channels, including websites, mobile apps, and other digital touchpoints.
  • Proficiency in reading and executing technical documentation related to CMS platforms, database management, and integration processes.
  • Database Management: Handle CSV files and Excel spreadsheets to manage and update content data within the CMS, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
  • SEO Optimization: Optimize digital content for search engine visibility, including keyword research, meta tags, headings, and other onpage optimization techniques to improve organic rankings and drive targeted traffic.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure accurate and errorfree content delivery, including functional testing, crossbrowser compatibility, and responsive design.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, design, development, and product management, to align content strategies, gather requirements, and execute content plans effectively.
  • Content Governance: Maintain content governance processes, including content workflows, version control, content publishing schedules, and content archiving, ensuring adherence to compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content management, user experience, database management, and digital marketing to propose innovative ideas and enhance the organization's digital presence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a Content Producer, Content Creator, or a similar role, preferably in a digital media environment.
  • CMS platforms (e.g., Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager, Liferay).
  • English (B2).
