Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute content strategies that align with the brand's objectives and target audience.
  • Create engaging and informative written content for blogs, articles, website copy, social media posts, and other digital platforms.
  • Produce visually appealing content including images, infographics, videos, and other multimedia assets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop content ideas that drive engagement and increase brand awareness.
  • Conduct research to gather information and stay uptodate with industry trends, competitor analysis, and content best practices.
  • Optimize content for SEO by incorporating relevant keywords, meta tags, and other onpage optimization techniques.
  • Manage and maintain the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of content and adherence to publishing schedules.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and other team members to create cohesive and visually appealing content.
  • Proofread and edit content for grammar, clarity, and consistency in brand messaging.
  • Monitor content performance using analytics tools and adjust content strategies based on insights and datadriven decisions.
  • Stay informed about emerging content formats, social media trends, and digital marketing innovations to continuously improve content creation strategies.

About you

  • Proven experience as a Content Creator or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your content creation skills.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and familiarity with SEO best practices.
  • Strong passion for photography and a demonstrated ability to capture compelling images.
  • Proficiency in using graphic design and video editing tools.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Critical thinking and problemsolving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Knowledge of content marketing strategies and the ability to craft content that drives engagement and conversions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Real Estate Knowledge and General Knowledge of the Construction Sector is preferred but not required.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
