The Electrolux's Group Sales teams have a holistic approach when doing business with our customers, exploring and leveraging the consumer journey with focus on in-store and e-commerce conversion, in order to generate value in each stage, both for the consumer and the company.

And our Commercial Controllership teams support this process by offering financial advice, working within a criterial and collaborative approach to allow our company to reach even better results.


What you'll do:


As the Andean Business Controller Manager, your main responsibility will be to drive, develop and share best financial and commercial practices by identifying and strengthening relations between all areas in the company, enhancing customer and product portfolio management to foster profitable growth.

In detail, you will:

  • Act as a business partner to internal areas, with specific focus on sales and market activation, pricing and portfolio management;
  • Define price strategy, definitions and governance, taking charge of price and revenue management (including volume, pricing and mix calculation);
  • Provide profitability management tools (e. g. contribution to fixed costs, margin simulator, etc.) to foster profitable growth;
  • Provide financial inputs and analysis of market scenarios, new initiatives and other situations in order to support the sales decision process.
  • Take part in the negotiation and control of trade deals, rebates and other commercial negotiations, ensuring visibility and transparency to the process;
  • Participate in the S&OP process, aiming for a profitable product mix, considering factors such portfolio management, inventory management, etc;
  • Coordinate the financial planning process in the region according to business requirements, delivering all the necessary figures, analysis and presentation.
  • Interface with the Accounting area in order to ensure connection between sales agreements and rebates with financial reports;
  • Maintain and update the area's KPIs, analyzing results in order to provide clear and simple figures for the management team.
As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W).

Who you are:

You have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Administration or related areas (MBA is a strong plus);
  • Solid experience with Business Controllership (experience in the FP&A area is a plus);
  • Solid experience with Pricing and Revenue Management (including commercial policy development, implementation and governance);
  • Experience with process redesign and implementation of internal analytical business controllership tools;
  • Advanced Office skills;
  • Advanced English.

Where you'll be:
You will be based at the Electrolux commercial office in Bogota.
