Finance Administrator

Scope:
The Finance Administrator is responsible for all the accounting activities and administrative tasks from branch office. Must ensure that finance and accounting information are carried out in due form and in a timely manner.
Activities & Responsibilities:
- Management and auditing all Accounts Payables
- Booking correctly in our accounting software all purchasing invoices in USD and local currency
- Prepare weekly payment payables
- Perform Taxes calculation
- Check the tax government entity website
- Receive the payroll information and booking it in the accounting software. Making payments related about it
- Booking expenses from Petty Cash and processing the reimbursement
- Monitoring paid in advance to suppliers and verifying their suitable legalization
- Improve the service to our external and internal customers
- Reconciliate bank accounts
- Support to Accounts Receivable
- Support S2GO Canada with Annual Auditory
- Giving the information necessary for External Auditors for preparing the monthly, bimonthly and annual taxes and yearend closing
- Execute other financial activities that the company requires
Skills & Qualifications:
- At least one 12 or more years of experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Mandatory
Accounting studies
- CPA is mandatory
- Ability to working in several tasks at once
- Follow up the policies and procedures
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Microsoft Knowledge
