Your Role :Registro, recolección y administración de documentación de siniestros como registro en BMS Nacora Database Evaluación de responsabilidad, carga, propiedad y otras líneas de negocios, seguimiento de pagos, enlace con aseguradoras y acción de recuperación si es necesario. Recibir información, activos, tramitar con las compañías de seguros, dar seguimiento y comunicarse con los clientes de Nacora, todo tipo de siniestros en los que esté involucrado algún tercero cliente de Nacora y notifique a Nacora, llevando de manera efectiva el proceso de siniestros, manejo de información y atención al cliente. Relación, controlando todos los datos de reclamos, cumpliendo con la legislación nacional de todos los países involucrados bajo su responsabilidad, pudiendo proporcionar el estado de los reclamos en cualquier momento, con la responsabilidad también de construir e implementar programas de prevención y control de pérdidas para los clientes de Nacora.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Ser responsable del manejo de reclamos generales, operativos, financieros y administrativos: Análisis, evaluación y manejo de todos los reclamos, de todos los productos contratados por los clientes de Nacora Cluster Norte.
  • Iniciar y procurar la recuperación de terceros según lo acordado localmente.
  • Reportar a la gerencia nacional y regional los siniestros con periodicidad mensuales y trimestrales.
  • Mantener y desarrollar la base de datos para la gestión de la responsabilidad civil de los transitarios y las reclamaciones de seguros de carga marítima, incl. un sistema de presentación electrónica eficaz.
  • Coordinación de la carga de trabajo para garantizar que todos los reclamos se manejen y procesen de acuerdo con los procedimientos operativos de la unidad de atención de reclamos.
  • Brindar apoyo diario al personal a los clientes cuidando el relacionamiento.
  • Contribuir a una mayor venta de seguros de carga debido a informes de siniestros/capacitaciones en sucursales.
  • Prestar servicio de consultoría para clientes en asuntos de reclamaciones del sector logístico.
  • Desarrollar oferta de servicio de consultoría en análisis de contratos, apoyo en siniestros y recobros para clientes del sector logístico.

Your Skills and Experiences:

  • Profesional en Derecho con especialización en derecho de seguros.
  • Trabajando en un departamento de reclamos de una aseguradora, manejando reclamos de Transporte, Propiedad, responsabilidad Civil.
  • Conocimiento de Inglés preferible.
