Global Business to Business Customer Relationship Program Manager

Global CRM Product Manager

This Role Interfaces:


The Global B2B CRM Program Manager collaborates with a variety of stakeholders, including the four regional CRM leaders, Global CX Teams, Global Account Based Marketing leads, Global Sales Teams, Customer Experience, User Experience, other Technology Product Owners, and IT.


In the Global CRM Product Manager role, you will:

  • Own the vision/strategy and roadmap for the B2B Salesforce (and associated technologies) platform to enable better end-to-end lifecycle experiences and increased profitability
  • Optimize customer relationships by deeply understanding their needs; intake demand for CRM ecosystem features and ensure the platform is easily integrated, sharing information with related processes and systems for eg. Account based engagement (ABM), marketing automation, customer experience surveys and customer service tools
  • Develop business requirements and partner with IT to ensure development of functional requirements that balance resource and budgetary needs
  • Partner with IT to establish a personabased platform which ensures consistent behaviors based on key behavioral profiles
  • Establish account identity data foundation: what data is important, how we will use it and maintain it
  • Establish a global template that supports local variations
  • Establish a simplified process for capturing and managing relevant customer data points
  • Ensure processes are automated, enabling ease of input, management and output
  • Maximize data by leveraging AI-ML to deliver actionable insights and guide decision making
  • Define business outcome, measure of success/KPI
  • Make the case for increase in team size/roles or funding
  • Lead change management to ensure platform adoption
  • Own the outward communication of product progress and value to stakeholders

Key Qualifications and Experiences:

  • Bachelor's degree, ideally in Marketing or related discipline
years proven experience supporting B2B sales and marketing experience through complex, journey-based sales and loyalty lifecycles

  • Proven experience with transforming and digitalizing the CRM for maximization of usage and deliver of business value across the entire CRM ecosystem, including core CRM, marketing clouds, survey tools and dashboard products (Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Customer Data Platforms
  • CDP)
  • Experience with product life cycle management product vision, product roadmap, market strategy and prioritization
  • Ability to define KPIs, outcomes, maintain budget
  • Experience with building user/customer profiles (i.e. personas), understanding how to identify user/customer pain points across the entire customer lifecycle
  • Proven experience in data management and leveraging AI-ML to deliver actionable insights and guide decision making
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively at all levels
  • Prefers to work independently with occasional guidance and support
  • Demonstrated ability to influence many stakeholders across the organization, without direct authority
  • Driven and highly organized with excellent timemanagement skills, strong business ethics
