Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Collaborate on strategic planning for real estate development projects.
  • Timeline and Budget Management: Coordinate project timelines and budgets for smooth operations.
  • Vendor and Contractor Communication: Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and vendors for project documentation.
  • Administrative Support: Manage scheduling, process documentation, and SOP creation.
  • Financial Tracking: Support financial tracking and budget management efforts.
  • Marketing and Social Media Assistance: Assist in social media, marketing, and advertising activities.

Requirements:

  • Experience in project management or related roles.
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
  • Effective communication skills in English and Spanish; knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.
