Bogotá, Colombia: Would you like to join a team dedicated to promoting the adoption of Amazon Web Services among potential customers? Do you possess the necessary business acumen and technical background to assist AWS partners in generating new sales opportunities? This team provides support to sales activities targeting customers and prospects of various profiles in Brazil.
As a Demand Generation Representative (DGR), you will have the exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and future direction of a set of cloud technologies, facilitating the transition of prospects and customers to AWS.
To enhance your outbound sales efforts, we will employ targeted, multi-channel campaigns to help you uncover new sales prospects.
Upon engaging with a customer or prospect, you will adeptly comprehend their business challenges through active listening and effective communication, showcasing how AWS services can address these issues and the unique advantages of utilizing them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting activity-based targets, and establishing credibility with key decision-makers.
- Utilize strategic prospecting techniques to identify, create, and qualify opportunities; collaborate with sales teams to ensure a clear understanding of the opportunity and defined next steps.
- Employ opportunity management processes to ensure timely and customer-friendly handover of opportunities to the appropriate sales resources.
Your success will be gauged by achieving individual and team activity goals and generating opportunities.
A Day in the Life:
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet daily activity metrics, including outbound calls, contacts with decision-makers, and leads qualification.
- Capture, track, and progress qualified leads.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills across all communication levels.
- Ability to penetrate target accounts to facilitate access for sales teams.
- Understand customer pain points, requirements, and align potential business value with AWS services.
- Create and communicate compelling value propositions for AWS services.
- Drive customer adoption.
- Follow up on lead opportunities and seek additional revenue prospects.
- Contribute to knowledge resources and collaborate with AWS teams to enhance the customer experience.
- Exhibit strong technical and sales capabilities.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Manage time efficiently, achieve personal goals, and collaborate effectively within the sales and marketing team.
About the Team:
We operate in a dynamic environment and uphold high standards of professionalism. Our successful DG Representatives work intelligently to support sales operations, prioritize results, metrics, and exhibit a deep understanding of Amazon Leadership Principles.
DG Representatives are assessed based on daily, weekly, and monthly metrics, such as outbound calls, customer meetings, opportunities identified through BANT criteria (Need, Timeframe, Authority, and Budget), contributing to overall sales revenue.
