Utilizamos inteligencia artificial, modelos predictivos y tecnologías avanzadas para ayudar a las Pymes a maximizar su potencial y mejorar sus resultados.
Cómo VP de Operaciones las principales responsabilidades serán planificar, dirigir, coordinar y supervisar las actividades de operaciones de la oficina de Cali, Colombia, asegurando el desarrollo y la implementación de operaciones eficientes y sistemas rentables para satisfacer las necesidades actuales y futuras de Orbidi.
Responsabilidades de supervisión:
- Seleccionar, entrevistar, contratar y capacitar al personal de nível gerencial en el departamento.
- Supervisar el flujo de trabajo diario.
- Proporciona evaluaciones de desempeño constructivas y oportunas.
Cómo VP de Operaciones, tu misión será:
- Establecer, implementar y comunicar la dirección estratégica de la división de operaciones de la organización.
- Colaborar con los socios para desarrollar y cumplir los objetivos de Orbidi al tiempo que brinda experiência y orientación sobre proyectos y sistemas de operaciones.
- Colaborar con otras divisiones y departamentos para llevar a cabo las metas y objetivos de la organización.
- Identificar, recomendar e implementar nuevos procesos, tecnologías y sistemas para mejorar y agilizar los procesos organizacionales y el uso de recursos y materiales.
- Garantizar que las decisiones departamentales y los planes de proyectos, como los de dotación de personal, desarrollo, organizacional, eficiencia de materiales, adquisiciones de hardware e instalaciones, estén en línea con el plan y la visión de negocios de la organización.
- Establecer, comunicar e implementar políticas, prácticas, estándares y medidas de seguridad relacionadas con las operaciones para garantizar un apoyo y una ejecución eficaces y coherentes.
- Revisar y aprobar informes de control de costos, estimaciones de costos y requisitos de personal para proyectos.
- Presentar informes periódicos de desempeño y métricas a los socios de la Orbidi y otros líderes.
- Mantener el conocimiento de las tecnologías emergentes y las tendencias en la gestión de operaciones.
- Realiza otras tareas afines que le sean asignadas.
Para este rol será importante tener:
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Fuertes habilidades de supervisión y liderazgo.
- Amplio conocimiento de los principios, procedimientos y mejores prácticas de la industria.
- Excelentes habilidades de organización y atención al detalle.
- Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.
- Competente con Microsoft Office Suite, gestión de herramientas tipo ERP/CRM a nível usuario avanzado y/o software relacionado.
- Se requiere una licenciatura en administración de empresas, logística, ingeniería u otro campo relacionado con la industria; Se valorará positivamente MBA.
- Se requieren al menos 10 años de experiência relacionada con la industria o en entornos tecnológicos, incluidos tres años en la alta dirección.
