The team you will be a part of

The Policy and Packet Core Delivery Manager is the first approach for business execution.

Is responsible to understand the market needs and deliver the required scope of work by staffing and follow up on the deliverables.

Also executes people practices such as objective settings, competence development, career management, utilization, and performance management to manage and develop resources in each functional scope.

As part of our team, you will:

  • Responsible for EPC and Policy technical execution across customer projects to meet delivery requirements regarding time, cost and quality.
  • Determines, hires, and manages resource capacity based on project requirements.
  • Strategically plans and implements functional programs to drive talent and cost improvement initiatives.
  • Responsible for meeting Competence Development KPIs related to Personal Development Plan and certification targets.
  • Liaises with Technical Manager to develop annual resource plan for New Product Introduction / New Services Introduction (NPI/NSI) enablement.
  • Allocates resources to ensure project plans targets for the customer.
  • Supports delivery managers on competence and resourcerelated issues raised by customer teams.
  • Contributes to development of concepts to determine professional direction of own organizational unit.
Your skills and experience

You have:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (Mandatory requirement)
  • At least 10 years experience on EPC/Policy implementation and support services.

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Evolved Packet Core (Nokia portfolio) Design and implementation experience.
  • Policy (Nokia portfolio) Design and implementation experience.
  • Project management and/or Agile methodologies
