Sistemas de Información y Digital en
Bogotá. Tu experiência, conocimientos y compromiso nos ayudarán a superar los retos de nuestros clientes.

Apoyarás varios proyectos con tu experiência como
Senior Delivery Manager.

Tus principales responsabilidades:

  • Eliminar proactivamente los obstáculos para mejorar la productividad y la eficiencia del equipo.
  • Reunir a las partes interesadas en reuniones de alineación para garantizar una comprensión clara del proyecto y sus objetivos.
  • Organizar sesiones de formación para reforzar las habilidades de los miembros del equipo y fomentar la mejora continua
  • Generar informes exhaustivos sobre las mejoras del equipo, el estado del proyecto y las principales métricas de rendimiento
  • Facilitar retrospectivas para identificar áreas de mejora en la dinámica del equipo y aplicar cambios concretos
  • Dirigir y gestionar grandes proyectos para el equipo, garantizando la entrega a tiempo y la coherencia con los objetivos empresariales.

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura o Máster en informática, sistemas de información o un campo relacionado.
  • Al menos 5 años de experiência en un puesto técnico o como Work package manager o Service Delivery.
  • Experiencie a mayor a 5 años en proyectos de.
NET, Java y QA

  • Conocimientos en procesos con CI/CD.
  • Amplia experiência con los diferentes clientes tanto internos como externos de los proyectos
  • Sólidos conocimientos técnicos, en particular de las herramientas del paquete Microsoft Office
  • Excelentes habilidades orales y escritas en inglés B2-C
