In this way, the assistant product owner manages relationships with various stakeholders at different levels of the business and at different levels of technical knowledge.


What you do:

  • Support marketing associates to build and manage campaigns in MS Dynamics and Hubspot
  • Assist the product owner of our marketing automatio platforms as they enhance the tool and fix bugs
  • Support the management of products on an Agile team
  • Put in requests for website maintenance and enhancements
  • Influence enterprisewide UX/UI standards development
  • Research and promote usability best practices
  • Write functional requirement documents and specifications
  • Create quality prototypes on tight timelines
  • Assist backend developers with troubleshooting and code integration
  • Stay uptodate on emerging technologies and code practices
  • Think creatively to solve digital problems
  • Work with, teach, and learn from associates around the globe
  • Provide training materials to stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Experience working in the digital marketing or digital product development space
  • Agile product owner experience
  • Ability to identify what makes a good digital product or experience and talk about it
  • Passion and commitment to learn new skills, share knowledge with a strong team of creatives and train associates on campaign and marketing automation best practices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to balance a number of projects at a time
  • Clear, concise writing skills
