- Auditar resoluciones de caso de todos los canales y mercados con los que trabajamos.
- Elaboración de informes de calidad por agente y por equipo.
- Reportar oportunidades de mejora detectadas de los distintos análisis.
- Elaborar informes de performance.
- Trabajar en la mejora continua de los procesos de soporte en búsqueda de mayor eficiencia y calidad.
- Identificar oportunidades de mejora en la operación.
- Colaborar con el buen clima de trabajo.
Calificaciones requeridas:
- Ser estudiante universitario
- Manejo de Excel o Google Sheets
- Experiência en At. al cliente
Calificaciones valoradas:
- Manejo de herramientas de análisis de datos
- Conocimientos de indicadores de gestión de Customer Experience
