Descripción del puesto


Definir, diseñar y optimizar modelos analíticos con los datos generados por las soluciones de la organización, utilizando estadística, técnicas analíticas, técnicas de minería de datos y herramientas de BigData en el marco de los estándares de la industria, para generar nuevo conocimiento y mayor valor a la información disponible en las soluciones.

Le reporta a Director, Software.

Responsabilidades del puesto

  • Identificar y preparar los datos disponibles en las soluciones para asegurar que la entrada a los modelos analíticos sea la correcta.
  • Definir y evaluar los modelos analíticos, estadísticas, las herramientas y técnicas de minería de datos para dar el mayor valor sobre los datos generados por diferentes fuentes.
  • Elaborar y controlar la documentación actualizada de los modelos desarrollados para asegurar el correcto uso, operación y optimización de los modelos creados.
  • Validar y verificar el despliegue, operación e integración de los modelos analíticos dentro de las soluciones para garantizar la calidad del modelo final que será explotado por los clientes.

- Realizar las actividades que le sean asignadas para cumplir con los objetivos del área.

  • Conocer y aplicar las políticas y procedimientos establecidos para el cumplimiento de los objetivos del Sistema Integrado de Gestión, así como participar con compromiso en las actividades convocadas y contribuir a la eficacia y al mantenimiento de la mejora continua.
  • Conocer y aplicar la política de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, teniendo un cuidado integral de su salud, suministrando información completa y real de la misma, dando cumplimiento a todas las normas de higiene propias de la Compañía y participando activamente en todas las actividades inherentes al SG-SST.

Requisitos del puesto

  • Experiência de 2 años en proyectos donde su rol le permitiera establecer modelos, políticas y reglas para gestionar los datos.
  • Experiência de 3 años en proyectos de desarrollo e implantación de proyectos de BI (business intelligence), BA (business analytics) o Big Data.
  • Conocimientos en bases de datos No Sql
  • Conocimientos en BD relacionales: Oracle, PostgreSQL y MS Sql Server
  • Conocimientos en Jupiter Notebook y VSCode
  • Técnicas de Minería de datos
  • Metodologías agiles de desarrollo
  • Conocimiento en servicios de almacenamiento y procesamiento en nube

Educación/Certificación

  • Estudios complementarios en tecnologías de bigdata
