Role Mission

We’re looking for a proactive and resourceful Talent Acquisition & Engagement Specialist to join our HR team. This role goes beyond traditional recruiting—it's about building meaningful connections, strengthening our employer brand, and creating a seamless experience for candidates and employees alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, with a particular focus on identifying and hiring exceptional sales talent, as well as other roles across the organization.
  2. Global Hiring Expertise: Confidently navigate international hiring, including understanding varying compensation practices based on market trends, and provide insights to the Director of HR regarding salary observations.
  3. Sourcing & Talent Pipelines: Proactively source and build a network of top candidates globally, ensuring the company has a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
  4. Employer Branding: Enhance our company’s presence on platforms like Glassdoor, Indeed, and social media to position us as an employer of choice. Collaborate on improving our careers page and other recruitment marketing initiatives.
  5. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance motivation, productivity, and team connections, contributing to a positive workplace culture.
  6. Onboarding Excellence: Oversee all aspects of onboarding, including background checks, technology setup, and welcoming new hires through announcements and team introductions.
  7. Follow-Ups: Conduct 30-60-90 day and 6-month check-ins with managers and new hires to ensure alignment, satisfaction, and long-term fit.
  8. Data & Tracking: Manage team referral bonuses and other recruitment-related tracking to ensure processes are streamlined and efficient.
  9. Perform additional HR-related projects as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Proven Recruitment Experience: At least 2+ years of experience in recruiting, with a strong background in sourcing and hiring for sales roles.
  2. Global Hiring Expertise: Comfortable with international recruitment, including compensation practices that vary by market, and cultural nuances.
  3. Perfect Communication Skills: Must speak and write fluent, professional English to effectively communicate with global candidates and team members.
  4. Relationship Focused: Ability to cultivate long-term candidate relationships, ensuring future alignment with company needs.
  5. Engagement & Retention: Experience developing programs that drive employee motivation, productivity, and team engagement.
  6. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR tools, and leveraging social media platforms for sourcing and employer branding.
  7. Strategic & Organized: A detail-oriented problem solver who balances immediate recruiting needs with long-term talent planning.
  8. Collaborative & Adaptable: Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a willingness to take on evolving priorities.
