As a Marketing Manager - Fine Fragrance Experience, you will bring creativity, a passion for consumer trends, storytelling, and innovation to the forefront. You must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and refined aesthetics, along with the ability to build strategic relationships with clients and internal teams. Your key responsibilities:

  1. Lead the team towards the development of marketing concepts that bring together olfactive essence and clients' needs.
  2. Create and implement proactive initiatives to raise brand equity and move sales.
  3. Develop a deep knowledge of clients and their competitors' product lines.
  4. Work across departments - customer intelligence, innovation, product developers, and sales.
  5. Execute constant market analyses to identify new opportunities.
  6. Plan and execute impactful events for various occasions.

You Bring:

  1. Degree in Business or Marketing/Advertising.
  2. Experience in related positions.
  3. Fluent/Native English proficiency.
  4. Design skills to create and direct presentations and visual assets.
  5. Project management skills.
  6. Technical knowledge in marketing, innovation, creativity, and trend analysis.
  7. Experience in industries related to fine fragrance and fashion is a plus.
