We are partnering with a global leader in IT infrastructure and security management solutions for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and internal IT teams, powered by AI. The company has experienced strong double-digit growth over the years, serving diverse industries in over 20 countries and managing more than 15 million endpoints globally.

Position Overview:

The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in leading the planning, execution, and completion of projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will work with the project owners to define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

Type of Work: Fully Onsite (Monday through Friday)

Location: Medellín, Colombia

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop project plans with timelines, milestones & deliverables
  2. Manage project activities to ensure everything stays on track
  3. Monitor project progress & resolve any issues that arise
  4. Coordinate project schedules with leadership & teams
  5. Lead project meetings, events, & related activities
Communication & Coordination:
  1. Facilitate communication between team members & stakeholders
  2. Organize & lead project meetings, prepare agendas, & document minutes
  3. Provide regular updates to senior management
  4. Coordinate with teams across all regions (APAC, EMEA, Americas)
Resource Management:
  1. Maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, & vendors
  2. Ensure all project aspects align with organizational goals
Qualifications & Experience:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field
  2. 5+ years of Project Management experience
  3. Relevant certifications (PMP, ScrumMaster) are a plus
  4. Experience with project management software & methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
  5. Strong organizational & communication skills
  6. Detail-oriented & excellent problem-solving abilities
  7. Exceptional time management skills
