HR PATH
The HR Path, a global player in HR consulting, assists its customers in their HR transformation projects, both in terms of human resources and tools (HRIS). We intervene in Europe, America and Asia-Pacific, for our large accounts and SME customers, in order to offer them a global support in the development of their HR strategy.
Advise to Run HR Path, Global Leader in HR solutions
- ADVISE: We support our customers in the transformation of their HR function, through a redefinition of their HR organization and their HRIS digitalization
- IMPLEMENT: As a partner of the main editors of the market, we carry out technical and functional implementation projects of all HRIS solutions (SaaS or On-Premise)
- RUN: With our global payroll expertise, we offer our clients several levels of payroll outsourcing
The Commercial person will be responsible to identify opportunities in the HR arena in the LATAM region using HR Technologies to improve their processes. The person would need to identify how the HR Technologies can fit gaps into their HR processes as well as writing a clear proposal and defining the right scope. This person will be able to give an overview of the main characteristics of the solution and giving an overview demo of the solution which are more suitable for the prospect or client.
HR Technology Solutions Commercial Roles & Responsibilities:
- To open doors for a new prospect interested in to improve their processes using HR Technologies.
- Identify the main client pain points and requirements and how the HR Technologies can help and fill the existing gaps.
- Maintain a good Pipeline into the Salesforce system and follow the opportunities on time.
- Maintain an HR conversation with the Key people to identify the key performance indicators.
- Build a proposal with the right objective, scope, and benefits according to the system to be used.
- Present a trustable solution to the prospects and clients
- To establish a good and constant relationship with the SAP salespeople.
Required Professional Expertise:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or IT areas would be useful as well as knowing the HR processes
- Medium English level (Not Mandatory)
- Good communication and presenter skills with the customer
- A wish to have some knowledge in HRIS solutions and HR Processes.
- Be willing to be evaluated based on a sales target
