About The Role

As Jr. Brand Manager for Personal Care you will support de Brand Development Manager in Colombia, ensuring the design, development and monitoring of activities to strengthen the categories in the different purchasing environments (REs), as well as the financial results and market share

 

What You Will Do

  • Control, Monitoring and execution of different projects for the development of equities

  • Build presentations with the sales team, as well as with the Retail Marketing and Customer Development Teams

  • Permanent contact with DP, Finance, CS&L and Retail Marketing

  • Contact with suppliers to ensure requested material for the different assigned activations

  • Supervising the performance of the variables of the categories (Financial, Market) 

 

What You Need (Required Qualifications)

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related  
  • Between 2 to 3 years of professional experience in Marketing

  • Experience in the mass consumption industry is required

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Intermediate Excel
  • Nielsen management
  • Advanced English level
