Kenvue is currently recruiting for BRAND ASSISTANT. This position reports into BRAND MANAGER R2 and is based at CALI - COLOMBIA.

**What will you do**

Provide support to campaign execution and monitoring, process or product innovation ongoing during the year, monitor the processes associated with the business unit brands. The main processes are: Budgeting control, market share results & analysis, campaign support and brand plans.

The BRAND ASSISTANT is responsible

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for updating information on brand´s critical metrics, adding value through reliable records for subsequent analysis by Managers.
- Follow up internal processes of product development.
- Controls the budget expenses to carry out the accurate follow-up, including the development of the end-to-end process: purchase orders, confirmation of approvals and closing of purchase orders.
- Tracks key information on release analysis, such as coding in clients or including the information to Nielsen.
- Support influencers set up according to brand strategy.

- Required Qualifications
- Required Education: Bachelor´s Degree - Marketing, Business, Industrial Design, Industrial Engineering, Economy.
- Team Player, proactive, enthusiastic, passionate.
- 1-2 Year experience in Marketing, commercial or administrative areas.
- English Level: 90%
- Strong Analytics
- Critical Thinking
- Excel & Power Point
- High learning agility
- Desired Qualifications
- Nielsen Tools
- Experience in Consumer Health Industry
