Email marketing + automation specialistSchedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 6:00pmJob Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Email Marketing + Automation Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns and automation workflows to drive engagement, conversions, and customer retention. This role is crucial in enhancing our communication strategy and delivering personalized experiences to our audience.Key Responsibilities:Email Campaigns: Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, content, and transactional emails. Ensure all emails are optimized for deliverability and engagement.Automation: Develop and manage email automation workflows to nurture leads, onboard new customers, and re-engage inactive users. Use marketing automation tools to create personalized and targeted email sequences.Nurturing Campaigns: Design and execute nurturing campaigns to guide prospects through the sales funnel, providing relevant content at each stage to build relationships and drive conversions.Segmentation: Segment email lists based on demographics, behaviors, and engagement levels to deliver relevant and tailored content to different audience segments.A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to optimize email content, subject lines, send times, and other variables. Use data-driven insights to improve email performance.Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze email campaign performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and unsubscribe rates. Provide regular reports and actionable insights to the marketing team.Compliance: Ensure all email marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and best practices, such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and CASL.CRM Database Health: Own the health and accuracy of the CRM database. Regularly clean, update, and maintain data to ensure its integrity and usefulness for marketing and sales activities.Collaboration: Work closely with the content, design, sales and development teams to create compelling email content and visually appealing templates. Ensure consistency with brand guidelines.Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in email marketing and automation. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of email campaigns.Qualifications:Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Proven experience in email marketing and automation, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and marketing automation tools.Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation, and personalization techniques.Experience with A/B testing and data analysis to optimize campaign performance.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template customization is a plus.Experience in managing and maintaining CRM databases to ensure data integrity.Proficient in English.
