What you will do

  • Work closely with the CEO and a team to identify innovation and campaign opportunities to tell consumer-focused stories;

  • Develop a deep understanding of the housing market in order to identify newsworthy themes, trends, topics, data points to proactively share with the media;

  • Recommend marketing and public relations opportunities;

  • Expand/build on existing relationships with national and local real estate and economic press on behalf of WOW

  • Realty through regular touch points;

  • Oversee communications for new products, events, and special promotions;

  • Develop marketing and communication strategies to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty;

  • Serve as a company spokesperson and first point of contact for consumer and media inquiries;

  • Identify opportunities for WOW Realty to insert its point of view into news of the day.

Must haves

  • Great English skills;

  • Experience creating monthly newsletters;

  • Experience working with Social Media Platforms.
