Tendrás la oportunidad de:
- Realizar correcciones de errores en los diferentes módulos de Siebel
- Adaptarse a la metodología de la compañía para el manejo de los evolutivos y atención de incidentes.
- Llevar a cabo algunas sesiones con los usuarios en caso de tener que aclarar dudas o inquietudes durante el desarrollo de los evolutivos o atención de incidentes.
- Realizar documentación bajo los formatos y herramientas establecidas por el proyecto.
¿Qué requerimos?
- Profesional en ingeniería de sistemas y/o carreas a fines, con experiencia en el desa-rrollo de módulos de Siebel.
- 1 a 2 años de experiencia como: Desarrollador Siebel CRM Financial Services, programador Siebel CRM Financial Services Apex, analista Siebel CRM Financial Services, Siebel CRM Financial Services Developer, consultor Siebel CRM Financial Services, Especialista Siebel CRM Financial Services
- Experiencia de 1 a 2 años como desarrollador de Siebel CRM Financial Services uso de Desarrollo Web (HTML, CSS, Java Script), JSON, Business Services, EAI, EIM, Business Components, Applets, Links, Users, Vistas, OpenUI, SQL al modelo de BD Siebel, Siebel Tools, etc.
- Conocimiento 1 a 2 años en parametrizaciones esenciales como LOV, Assignment Manager, DVM, smartscripts, workflow management, escript, runtiome events etc.
- Adecuado apoyo en acompañamiento, asesoría y solución a requerimientos de configuración o funcionalidades dentro del contexto de Siebel, muy deseable en integración con servicios de IBM.
- Práctica de metodologías ágiles, incluidos scrum y entornos de integración continua.
