**Responsabilidades:**

Make sure that is a qualified lead.
Understand the requirements of the prospects and connect them with the sales team.
Confirm all the information.
Outbound dials only.
Soft sale.
Calling out customers and explaining the service.
Verify information and get it into the system.
Set up the appointment with the sales representative.
Switch the status into the account.
Respond to text messages and or emails (in a future).
Get information into the CRM.

**Requisitos:**

SALES EXP 6 months +

Excellent level of English. B2,2/ C1+

Empathic.
Sales minded and Customer service oriented.
Tech savvy.
Able to multitask.
Someone that Is persuasive.
Detail oriented.
Coachable.
6 months to 1 year of experience in CS and Sales.
