    • El Ãrea de Data & Insights tiene como objetivo ser el centro de conocimiento, aprendizaje e información de las diferentes Ãreas de negocio de WBD proveyendo los insumos necesarios para la toma de decisiones de cada una de las Ãreas del negocio. En específico, el rol de D&I Revenue Sr analyst, cumplirà funciones asociadas al descubrimiento de oportunidades de negocio a partir del apoyo al equipo en la construcción de conocimiento de mercado, competencia, anÃlisis de proyectos de inversión publicitaria y ventas y tendrà la oportunidad de contribuir al desarrollo comercial del equipo Colombia y soporte a algunos proyectos de América Latina.

  • Responsabilidades de su puesto...
    • Ser defensor y promotor de modelos data-informed decision-making, haciendo recomendaciones sobre cómo el rendimiento de nuestros contenidos y plataformas impactan en las estrategias de nuestros clientes publicitarios.
    • Capacidad en la extracción de insights a partir de diversas fuentes de información que construyan valor desde el conocimiento del consumidor, las marcas y el mercado.
    • Ayudar a nuestros equipos de revenue a ser data self-sufficient, utilizando métricas, paneles y herramientas que generen argumentos del poder del ecosistema WBD.
    • Colaborar con otros equipos, especialmente con Ad sales, Planning, Gaming, Digital Revenue, Afiliados y Producto, para construir las herramientas y procesos necesarios para impulsar estrategias e iniciativas de anÃlisis que detonen en ofertas publicitarias y/o que generen nuevo revenue para la compañía
    • Identificar tendencias de consumidor, de industria del video y la publicidad que sirvan de soporte para las estrategias de ventas en todas las plataformas de contenido y para el soporte en los procesos de negociación de los equipos asociados a la generación de revenue de la compañía.
    • Construir conocimiento a partir de la indagación del mercado local, la presencia de marcas y su interacción competitiva para dar respuesta a clientes externos sobre las bondades y beneficios de la marca WBD y su portafolio en sus intereses de impacto al consumidor de sus productos y servicios.
    • Promover el aprovechamiento del ecosistema digital que ofrece WBD a partir de investigación y construcción de insights (en torno a Max Ad lite, video+, gaming)
    • Soportar la eficiencia de las estrategias de Branded Content liderando estudios que utilizan paneles de consumidores y tecnologías de medición biométrica
    • Manejo de bases de datos y dashboards de información compartida

  • Cualificaciones y experiencia...
    • Experiencia en investigación del consumidor, tendencias de medios y publicidad, incluyendo conocimiento cualitativo, cuantitativo y desk research
    • Experiencia con estudios de marca, incluyendo salud de marca, anÃlisis de tracking y equity.
    • Habilidades narrativas en la creación de historias a partir de la información y habilidades de presentación para representar a WBD en reuniones con clientes externos
    • Proactividad, con capacidad de proponer ideas a partir del conocimiento de contexto.
    • Experiencia en agencias de medios, plataformas de entretenimiento y/o redes sociales, en equipos de Data & insights o research, especialmente en medios y entretenimiento y/o apps direct-to-consumer.
    • Dispuesto(a) a tomar y defender posiciones basadas en anÃlisis y datos en el proceso continuo de la creación de argumentos que soporten la venta publicitaria.
    • Que tenga la capacidad de liderar proyectos que involucren diferentes equipos en un entorno Ãgil, de constante cambio y orientado a cumplir plazos estrechos.

    • Persona con capacidad de relacionamiento con los demÃs, disposición de trabajo independiente o trabajo en equipo, anÃlisis crítico de información y buen manejo de los números.
    • Conocimiento del entorno del streaming y las plataformas digitales de social media.
    • Manejo de herramientas de Televisión y Digital advertisement (entre ellas, Kantar Ibope, TGI, Parrot, Facebook Analitycs, Youtube Studio, Rival IQ, Social Sprout, Google Analytics, Comscoce, NetBase, panles de investigación)
    • Ingles fluido (portugués es un plus)
