**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Strategic business planning to manage proactively the costumers, focusing on relevant objectives and meeting the customer and shoppers needs.
- To realize and enhance the targeted market position and account/ category / portfolio / profitability in order to reach Bayer targets.
- Develop and execute tailor made business plans that meet Bayer and the customer strategic needs.
- Implement the approved customer business plans to deliver sustainable sales and profit growth. Design KPIs to measure the business plan implementation
- Achieve the strategic business objectives.
- Understand and analyze business dynamic, seeking market and brands opportunities to take advantage of the client’s capacities if favor of Bayer’s own purposes.
- Strengthen customer relationships to support initiatives implementation.
- Achieve sales growth targets (gross/net), GTN, DSO, DOI and ROI.
- In negotiation to stablish clear negotiation objectives and KPI’s to keep on track and analyze them.
- Create wishlists guaranteeing compliance with Bayer and customer’s needs.
- Quantify negotiated variables in order to guarantee high value transactions on exchange of low-cost concessions.
- Guarantee the execution of the In channel Sales Drivers that maximize sales growth.
- Work closely with the execution team in order to improve the arrival model to the points of sales and creating synergies that add values to the points of sales.
- In administrative tasks, ensure accurate and timely administration of account agreements, payment behavior, and delivery performance.
- Compliance with Bayer internal procedures

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Bachelor of Science in professional administrative, economic, or related. Specific knowledge or Further Education. MBA specialization (desirable).
- At least 5 years of experience in account management in FMCG companies. Trade Marketing knowledge and field execution is valued.
- Intermediate English level both written and spoken. (Advanced desirable).
- Knowledge and handling of tools such as Nielsen, IQVIA and/or Kantar.
- Office Management with focus on Excel and Power Point.
- Excellent techniques and/or skills in negotiation.
- Analytical and numerate, with attention to detail, ability to understand & utilize facts / data/insights to create and to realize commercial plans.
- High interpersonal skills and influencing capacity without hierarchical authority.
- Planning and calibration.
- Leadership capability.
- Strategic Thinking.
