The person in this role will help the on boarding department with the implementation of clients. Initially they will work closely with the internal operation providing them information on new requirements, doing follow up so requirements are being worked accordingly, checking all client documentation is complete, and assuring all is ready for new candidates start date. Later, this person will also transition into a client facing role, welcoming new clients into Solvo. Responsibilities: Work with the Solvo operation to make sure they have all information to work new client requirement Organize client paperwork with the Billing Department. Make sure it is complete and request documentation adjustments if needed. Work with Solvo IT team to evaluate client’s IT needs and that they are sure they have all that is needed for a smooth IT implementation Work with Solvo operation to provide insight into client requirements, and request assigned supervisors Confirm with supervisors of new accounts assign and assure they have all the information to properly prepare to receive new account Introduce new clients to their assigned supervisor and coordinate Operations Call Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills: Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills: Native English Required degree in administration or related fields Experience working with US based companies Intermediate/advanced office skills Good with writing and be able to concretely synthesize complex ideas Great communication skills Great client relations Capable of maintaining horizontal and vertical relations High leadership skills Good with multitasking Able to work under pressure Organized and task oriented Able to retain vast amounts of information Professional aspirations are aligned with: administrative tasks, logistics, client relations, international business. Problem solving skills. Proactive. Interested in client service.Available in Medellin, Bogotá and Barranquilla.
