Bilingual Sales Admin (English and Spanish) - Remote

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Virtual Assistant Bilingual Sales Admin to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and sales support, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow for our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Appointment Setting:

    • Proactively schedule qualified appointments for our sales team through phone calls, emails, and online scheduling tools.

    • Research and identify potential leads, ensuring alignment with our target market.

    • Effectively manage and maintain appointment calendars, keeping track of confirmations, cancellations, and rescheduling requests.

  • Cold Calling:

    • Confidently conduct outbound calls to generate leads and qualify potential customers.

    • Deliver clear and concise information about our products and services, following established scripts and adhering to best practices.

    • Handle objections professionally and courteously, effectively converting leads into qualified appointments.

  • Administration:

    • Provide high-level administrative support to the sales team, including tasks such as data entry, file management, and calendar management.

    • Create and maintain accurate reports and presentations.

    • Manage communication with clients via phone, email, and online platforms in both Spanish and English, ensuring prompt and professional responses.

    • Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.


Requirements

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably with appointment setting and cold calling experience.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and other relevant tools and software, including Granot and Ring Central.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

  • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a strong work ethic.
