Proveer atención y asistencia a clientes de forma rápida, comprensible y efectiva por medio de chat, frente a solicitudes, inquietudes y observaciones en torno a vuelos y viajes.Horario: Training de lunes a viernes - Horarios por confirmar. Una vez se pase a operaciones, se debe de tener disponibilidad de 24/7 de Lunes a Domingo. Se brindan dos días off. Estos días libres no se toman juntos y pueden estar entre semana o en fines de semana.Habilidades requeridas:
*Nivel de inglés avanzado.
*Experiencia de 6 meses en Servicio al Cliente vía Chat.
*Empatía.
*Gramática.
*Semántica.
*Ortografía y redacción.-Requerimientos- Educación mínima: Bachillerato / Educación Media
Edad: A partir de 18 años
