Job Responsibilities
- Create strong relationships with leaders across the Firm to best support their team’s needs and hire the perfect fit
- Create and post job descriptions in Upwork, Indeed, etc. to attract top talent
- Review applications and resumes and select excellent candidates based on existing skills and workplace culture fit
- Perform initial screen on candidates before making recommendations to the appropriate leader for second interview
- Guide candidates through the hiring process
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Strong attention to detail
- 2 or more years’ experience recruiting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational skills and self-motivated
- Desire to help support our organization to reach and exceed our amazing goals
