**What You’ll Do**:

- Utilize diverse sourcing methods including cold calling, database sourcing, internet sources, mass mailings, and referrals.

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST.
- Flexibility required for early meetings starting at 6:00 AM, with the possibility to leave early.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in recruiting healthcare providers.
- Strong sourcing skills and experience with ATS and CRM tools.
